Randryia Houston Taylor, LMSW, CNP is the Founder and CEO of RLH Coaching & Consulting. Started in 2014, RLH Coaching & Consulting is a firm focusing on strategy development for visionary women leaders and professionals who want to serve BIG, with the strategies, structure and support they need to unleash their movement. Author of the Amazon #1 Bestseller, I Almost Gave Up: Finding Faith in the Rubble of Brokenness, Taylor is passionate about women creating businesses and ministries that speak to their true purpose.

In 2018, Randryia was a Finalist for Facebook Messenger Creative Salon Business Mentorship. Randryia’s co-authored anthology with media expert Nikki Woods, “Shift: Twenty Women Share Stories of Strength, Courage and Succeeding Against the Odds,” won the African American Literary Award in the Short Story/ Anthology category. Randryia was also named 1 of 30 Inspiring Women to Watch by media maven Monique Caradine.

In 2017, Taylor co- created Pretty Face Heavy Weight (PFHW), a faith & beauty brand created to take Christian women from stagnation to restoration and from religion to relationship. Five journals and planners were created and designed as spiritual development tools to advance growth, increase habitual devotion, & improve study habits.

In 2009, Taylor co-founded The Pencil Project, a global 501(c)3 that delivered over 300,000 pencils and school supplies to primary and secondary school students in Ghana, West Africa, Nicaragua, and Belize. The Pencil Project has been honored by Women in the World Foundation as 1 of 6 Super Charities Started by College Students, and Randryia named 1 of 10 most inspiring student activists, and Top 10 Game Changing Millennials of 2015 by the Global Millennial Conference. Taylor’s list of awards and international honors include features in the African Political and Economic Strategy Center, TelAfric Television Network and speaking at the Ghana Football Association, Ghana Tourism Board, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. 
Randryia is proud to call Houston home, where she lives with her beloved husband Pastor David A. Taylor and their two children. When not working, they enjoy pastoring the Harvest Church Houston.
